Cancellation policy for individual customers (for groups, please contact the hotel management)<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellations up to 15 days before the agreed date of arrival: the guest or contracting party can annul the contract for accommodation without payment of a penalty, by making a unilateral written declaration to that effect. Cancellations less than 14 days before the agreed date of arrival: the guest or contracting party is required to pay the following penalties for cancellation:<\/span><\/p>\n

>For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, we charge 30% of the total price.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For cancellations between 7 and 3 days before the arrival date, we charge 40% of the total price.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For cancellations less than 3 days before the arrival date, we charge 50% of the total price.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellations must always be made by means of a unilateral written declaration and according to the terms indicated above.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of no-show without written notice of cancellation, the guest or contracting party will be charged 70% of the agreed price for the total period.<\/span><\/p>\n

The agreed price includes accommodation, meals and any other services.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If any of the beds previously booked are unoccupied but not cancelled, the percentage charged will only apply to those particular beds.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of early departure, the guest or contracting party will be charged the full price for the days he made use of the accommodation, and 70% of the agreed price for the remaining days.<\/span><\/p>\n
