The treatment of our hotel provides a rich breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner are served at the table and the menu offers a wide choice. Generous buffet of salads and “gourmet” offer of dessert.

Tourist-Tax: For people over 10 years of age, from 01.01.2021 it will be applied a tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per night. The tax is not included in the total price of the stay and can only be paid at the hotel desk.

Terms and conditions
Room
Rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure please leave the room by 10 am
Dogs
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant area.

Non-smoking
According to Italian law, smoking in hotels is prohibited.
Reservations

Booking cancellation
Cancellation policy for individual customers (for groups, please contact the hotel management)
Cancellations up to 15 days before the agreed date of arrival: the guest or contracting party can annul the contract for accommodation without payment of a penalty, by making a unilateral written declaration to that effect. Cancellations less than 14 days before the agreed date of arrival: the guest or contracting party is required to pay the following penalties for cancellation:
>For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, we charge 30% of the total price.
For cancellations between 7 and 3 days before the arrival date, we charge 40% of the total price.
For cancellations less than 3 days before the arrival date, we charge 50% of the total price.
Cancellations must always be made by means of a unilateral written declaration and according to the terms indicated above.
In the event of no-show without written notice of cancellation, the guest or contracting party will be charged 70% of the agreed price for the total period.
The agreed price includes accommodation, meals and any other services.
If any of the beds previously booked are unoccupied but not cancelled, the percentage charged will only apply to those particular beds.
In the event of early departure, the guest or contracting party will be charged the full price for the days he made use of the accommodation, and 70% of the agreed price for the remaining days.
